What is the warranty on Freelap products in Canada?
All Freelap products sold through Freelap Canada include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects or hardware issues. But our support goes further — through our Lifetime Partnership Program, we’re committed to helping you long after the warranty ends. If anything happens outside of the warranty period, we’ll still be here to assist and can offer replacement products at a reduced price to keep your system updated and running smoothly.
How do I recharge or change the batteries in my Freelap device?
Most Freelap devices are rechargeable and come with the appropriate charging cable or dongle included in the box. Simply connect your device to a USB power source using the provided cable to recharge. For models that use replaceable batteries, instructions are included in the user guide — but the majority of our system is designed to be easily rechargeable for convenience and long-term use.
Where to place my mobile device to receive the data?
To ensure the perfect reception of the data, place your mobile device:
– Between 10m and 30m AFTER the FINISH transmitter– At a height of 1 meter from the ground
